Burger King nutrition questions

What is the official source for Burger King nutrition?

Burger King’s US help page directs readers to its Nutrition Explorer. This table uses the item panels returned by that official Explorer and links every row back to it.

Are default toppings included?

Yes. Values come directly from the official nutritionWithModifiers panel for the standard recipe. Default components are not added again.

Why not use the base nutrition object?

The base object can omit default modifier contributions. This page uses the published standard-recipe panel rather than an incomplete base figure.

Can I calculate a burger without mayonnaise?

Not here. We add named standard items. We do not infer a nutrient deduction for removing an ingredient or use another burger as a replacement panel.

Do nugget and Chicken Fries pack sizes matter?

Yes. Each named pack has its own published serving. Choose the exact entry instead of scaling an assumed per-piece figure.

Are dipping sauces included in the examples?

Only when a separate sauce is named in the component list. An item’s standard panel already includes its default recipe ingredients.

Are these restaurant combo nutrition panels?

No. The examples and calculator are arithmetic sums of individually published items, with no unlisted drink, side or customization.

Does the checked date prove a recipe changed?

No. It records retrieval of the official source. Restaurant availability and recipes can change after that snapshot.
