Compare before you customize.
The fast food nutrition calculator starts from standard recipes. These shortlists show the listed serving, official source, sugar and caffeine before you open a drink in the tool.
How it works
Four decisions, one readable result.
A fast food nutrition calculator is most useful when it keeps the serving and the source visible. Start with the restaurant, then narrow the menu rather than guessing from a similar product.
- 01 / Pick a brand
Starbucks and Dunkin are live now. Other chains remain marked in research until we can check their data and calculation rules.
- 02 / Choose an item
Select a published drink or food recipe. Dunkin separates many milk and flavor combinations into their own rows.
- 03 / Match the serving
Check the named cup size or listed food serving. A large drink is not calculated by simply scaling a smaller one.
- 04 / Read the facts
Review calories, nutrients and source. Supported changes show an estimate; missing information stays visibly unavailable.
The standard we follow
Useful answers.
Visible sources.
Restaurant nutrition changes with menus and serving definitions. Starbucks has 262 current entries (189 drinks and 73 foods), with source-linked calories for 262 products. Dunkin has 438 published recipes, including separate milk and flavor combinations. We check official Starbucks product nutrition and the Dunkin US nutrition PDF weekly for changes, then review differences before updating the site. Each brand page displays its retrieval or source revision date.
The fast food nutrition calculator distinguishes a published value from an estimate. Extra espresso and regular vanilla syrup changes use stated assumptions; unsupported substitutions are not guessed. Original illustrations help identify menu categories but are not official photographs. Use the linked brand source when ordering from a current local menu.
How we handle the data ↗Good to know
Fast food nutrition calculator questions
How accurate are the calories?
The fast food nutrition calculator uses source-linked standard servings. Store preparation may differ from the published recipe.
How often is the nutrition data updated?
We check official sources weekly and review changes before updating. Each brand page shows its menu retrieval or document revision date.
Why is a value marked as an estimate?
Some promotional drinks lack published nutrition. Supported espresso and vanilla changes require ingredient assumptions. Estimates are labeled; unsupported nutrients remain unavailable.
Can the fast food nutrition calculator compare food and drinks together?
Dunkin adds published food and drink servings to one order. The Starbucks calculator focuses on drinks; its guide includes food.
Is caffeine listed for every drink?
No. Starbucks publishes caffeine for many drinks, and we show the available value or range. The current Dunkin nutrition PDF does not list caffeine, so we leave it unavailable rather than infer it from cup size or calories.
Are these official brand tools?
No. Fast Food Calculator is an independent site, not affiliated with the restaurants it covers. Brand names identify their menus. We link to source material and use original illustrations instead of official logos or product photographs.
Can I save or share a result?
For a standard item and serving, copy its product link to share a matching illustration, size and calorie card. Custom Starbucks drinks and Dunkin multi-item orders can be downloaded as PNG cards. Saved selections stay in your browser.
Which restaurant chains are next?
Chipotle, Subway and Taco Bell lead the research queue, with more US chains listed in the brand directory. A brand becomes live only after its data source, serving definitions and calculation rules have been reviewed.
